The AKG D 880 WL 1 Microphone Capsule For Wms60HTP is a dynamic microphone with an almost frequency independent supercardioid polar pattern and a threaded connection, for use with the AKG handheld transmitters.

The frequency response of the microphone element shall be optimized for vocals, speech, and good intelligibility by using a Varimotion diaphragm. A neodymium magnet shall be used to achieve a high output level. The transducer shall be provided with a Doubleflex shock mount for footfall, handling, and cable noise rejection and an internal windscreen for protection from wind and pop noise.

The Varimotion process allows the adjustment to take place at the diaphragm. The result is a quantum leap in sound performance. The Doubleflex anti-vibration system reduces all kinds of interference.
